These are our Terms & Conditions.  It is fairly standard legalese and necessary to protect all role players, including our clients, in an international market.  Although some of it may sound harsh, rest assured that we have nothing but good intentions towards our customers.  Like all of our policies, the contract is designed to maximise the efficiency and quality of our service for all clients.

  • By clicking on the “Accept Terms & Conditions” button, using our site and placing an order you are legally accepting these Terms & Conditions as if you were signing a contract.
  • You are who you say you are, you’re not underage and you’re authorized to represent the organization you say you are.
  • All information you give us in the registration process is true and accurate.

  • We’re allowed to improve or modify the software we’re providing to you and we may interrupt our services to you in order to do this.
  • You’ll use our tools and services responsibly and appropriately and not for any gaudy low life activities.
  • We are allowed to adjust our prices.
  • You authorize us to debit the bank account/credit card you specify with the amounts due to us according to the amounts/timing specified on each order.
  • You’re responsible for any orders made using your access details.
  • We can suspend services provided to you if there is a problem with payment or if you use the tools/services inappropriately.
  • Services are subject to a 12 month contract which is automatically renewed unless one of us gives the other 30 days written notice.
  • You understand that using the Internet automatically exposes you to possible threats like viruses and hacking and that although we have done everything possible to ensure your safety and security on our site we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by a breach of security.
  • We can’t guarantee that a domain name you want registered is available.
  • We provide 3rd party links in some of our content and don’t accept any responsibility for your being able to use/access them or for what happens once you leave our site.
  • You can’t copy information from our site without asking us first.
  • You can’t set your spiders to crawl our site unless we’ve invited them or you’ve asked us if we’d like to have them.
  • According to the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 we may have to access or delete your data if you turn out to be a low-life the planet can do without.
  • We promise that we have the right to provide you with the tools and information on our site and that we have taken care to deliver you top of the range information and tools BUT you use them at your own risk.
