Support Strategy
Our Support Strategy has been devised for you to get the best from workIT online (and from yourself!). If you need Support please do the following:
- Search the Knowledgebase
- Submit a Support Request
- Contact Me
The rationale behind this line of Support is that if you can find the answer or solution to your problem in the Knowledgebase, and follow the instructions, you’re learning something new and will be more likely to remember how to do this than if you call us and we talk you through it.
If you can’t find the answer/solution in the Knowledgebase and submit a Support Request you will get the instructions or advice you need and, again, the retention of the Knowledge will be greater. Another advantage is that all requests are stored - so if you have the same problem in a couple of weeks and can’t remember the solution - you can just look through your Support Requests!
Only call if you’re really stuck or confused and none of the other methods of Support have helped. It’s not that we don’t want to hear from you…it’s just that the telephone doesn’t do much for long term knowledge retention, focus or telephone bills.
