workIT online is committed to assisting clients and offers free support via:
- the workIT online Knowledgebase
- Support Requests
- Email (Although a Support Request is better so we can both track communication.)

Additional Support
Alternatively if you would like more personal support via telephone or Skype you can purchase a Support Voucher. Time is charged at R7 per minute. Invoices are raised against the value of your voucher with details of the duration and nature of the support as you request it. Records are accessible in your the Client Area.
Please note:
- you will not be charged for addressing standard hosting issues e.g. problems with email
- all new customers get a Support Voucher of R200
All you need to do is purchase a Support Voucher and then SMS "Support + Your Name" to +27 (0) 084 555 0811 and I will call you back as soon as possible to address your issue; or Skype me at "workit".
Whilst I would love to offer this support free of charge it is just not possible. I've also been reassured by existing clients that they think this is an excellent idea because they won't feel bad about calling me for help.
