News Manager’s intuitive, web-based application provides a service for creating, managing, and sending Newsletter, tracking and refining email campaigns, and growing your email lists.

The first time you log on, our intuitive interface will walk you through a simple, step-by-step setup process.

Save time

Connect from anywhere, any time. All you need is an Internet connection and a PC to access your News Manager account. After you log on, you have immediate access to your archived emails, email lists,statistics and image library.

Send campaigns with one click. Once you click the Send button, you can continue with other work while News Manager rapidly processes your emails. Our system does all the work, leaving your PC resources free for other tasks, saving you time and energy.

Schedule your sends for later. After you’ve proof read the Test send of your email and have it just the way you want, you can schedule the send for a future date and time. If you activate the sending of both text and HTML versions of your emails, we’ll automatically deliver the right format to your subscribers at the time most convenient to you.

One click unsubscribe.

Automatic email bounce handling. We automatically remove invalid email addresses from your list. After your mail has gone out, we manage the automated replies such as unsubcribes and forwards, keeping them out of your mailbox.

Get insight

You can see which email addresses opened your mail, including the time and date. You can also see who didn’t open! You can see who clicked on what links in the mail, or who forwarded your mail to others. These are just a few of our detailed stats.

Save opens/clicks as new lists. Create mailing lists to target groups of people based on their click behavior. For example, you can extract and download the email addresses of people who did or didn’t open your emails. You can create another list of people who did or didn’t click on specific links. You can also pull out addresses that bounced, subscribed or unsubscribed!

Track overall trends over time. You can set the system to look at trends. For instance, GraphicMail will track new subscribes or unsubscribes over a specified period (days, months, or years). It can also keep track of addresses that did or didn’t open your emails, those that forwarded or clicked on embedded links. Rejected addresses are also tracked.

View stats by send or by list. With a single click, recipients can unsubscribe from your mailing list. Stats can be viewed by send, by list, or as an overall Summary. You choose the level of detail. Additionally, the summary page provides an overview of your account, including payment-plan info, available send credits, total email addresses, number of unsubscribes, and active mailing lists.

Target more precisely

Target your recipients by name. Send your email campaigns to your users by name. Our Subscriber Info section allows you to store additional data collected about your clients, such as first and last name. This data can be imported from external files or collected at sign-up on your customized subscribe form. You can easily merge these data fields into your newsletters by using our user-friendly online editor.

Personalize the subject line. You can also personalize the subject line of your emails by inserting any of data fields you’ve created or imported with your lists. Some examples include name, address, country, or areas of special interest.

Define your own data fields. Build your own database for storing fields that contain subscriber information. Name up to 25 fields with any information you wish to collect, whether Favorite Car, Middle Name or Country of Birth.

Add extra user info on subscriber forms. The default Subscriber Info dataset includes commonly required fields such as name, address, telephone numbers, country, and more. You can modify this to include other fields that are relevant to your subscriber base.

Build customer relationships

Upload your Client Database. Easily import your existing client database from an Excel or CSV file. Add to this by placing a Subscribe button on your website.

Choose from many email templates. Choose from over 50 professionally designed templates with varying themes, including invitations, memos, promotional flyers, greeting cards, product pages and more. Our online wysiwyg editor makes it easy to customize your choices by changing text and colors, and adding your own images and links.

Use your existing Newsletter. You can easily import newsletters from HTML you’ve designed in your favorite HTML editor or directly from the Internet. Our system will even update the code during the import, ensuring that images hosted elsewhere can still be seen in the document you imported.

Upload your own library of images. You can upload all images for your Newsletters onto our secure servers. You don’t need server space elsewhere. Our backup systems ensure that your content is safe. Your complete image library from past emails will always be available and easily accessible to you.
