Websites using one of our Standard Packages are hosted on our dedicated server in Germany. The server management company is South African and does offers local facilities, but I opted for the German option due to the high costs of local bandwidth. This means you'll probably never be charged for extra server traffic!
Premium Hosted Websites
Websites using one of our Premium Packages are hosted on a special server in North America. This allows for seamless updating of software and on-site service by the developers of the software.
There is no need to access the server yourself as everything is accessible from your Dashboard - it is the gorgeous all-in-one package after all!
Reliable Web Hosting
All workIT online hosting services have 99,9% Uptime. Web hosting is a business-critical service, and as such, our server managers have invested considerably in high-availability infrastructure. They are therefore able to guarantee 99.9% uptime for our customers, even through periods of server maintenance!

Service Level Agreements and Back Ups
workIT online adheres to strict service level agreements and other procedures to protect customer data. Data is backed up daily and kept for 2-3 weeks, So if you make a "boo-boo" we can simply restore your site to how it was. You'll find out more detail in our Terms & Conditions document.
